is an RPAC Alumni and Teacher at RPAC. She started her dance career at Angie’s dance academy when she was 4. She went on to try out many other sports such as gymnastics and soccer, but none of them felt quite like dance. Kenzie began dancing again at Pisgah dance academy when she was 9, danced there for a year and then found Releve. She joined RPAC’s recreational program and felt at home in the studio, staying in the recreational program for two years. At the end of the year recital her first year her father was that years production and said that he wanted to see her dance in one because “that was awesome” ( we agree!). She stayed in the recreational program for another year, then joined the competitive company team and stuck with it ever since! She fell in love with dance more and more so she made the decision to try out for the elite competitive company at RPAC and was accepted! She danced for RPAC for 6 years before going to college at sixteen, where she studied children’s ministry. When that journey came to an end and Kenzie came back home she messaged Ms. Jamie to see if she could come back to the studio and assist with classes. Jamie was thrilled to welcome Kenzie to the staff and this is now her second year assisting with RPAC! You’ll see Kenzie assisting anywhere from preschool to recreational tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, and hip hop. Mackenzie couldn’t image being anywhere else and she can’t wait for another awesome year!
